PAS-28 MRTB Elcan Raytheon PhantomIR Thermal Biocular. Everything functions but the dial for inter pupillary adjustment which you can adjust manually. Picture through the unit doesn't do it justice, hard to hold cell phone to eye cup and get a clean picture. The Firearm Blog did an article on these recently. Look it up if you want to know more.
