Diffuser posts are self installable. Directions- using a drill or soldering iron, make a hole of appropriate diameter in the original spot. Make sure to remove the remains of the old post from around the mating surface. Using a #4-40 tap, rethread the new hole. Apply epoxy of any choosing. Best choice is 3M 2216 A/B (what L3 uses). Hand thread the new posts into place, wipe off excess epoxy. Allow to cure for 1 day before use (if using 2216).
