Comes with the original 5.56 16" barrel, midwest industries 6" handguard, 5/8x24 sig flash hider, bcm pistol grip and stock, magpul rubber rail covers, and a small pic rail segment. There is a knick in the top rail from an acog screw, but it doesn't interfere with mounting anything. This gun was well loved and cared for, but I'm a broke student now.
