mclovin_97Upper receiver is a Diamondback from the spare parts bin but in good shape, barrel is a new H&R 14.7” LW pencil barrel, Chrome lined, carbine length gas, 1/7 twist. Kratos design gas block and an Expo arms rail. Upper itself is used but rail is new and barrel and gas block are unfired *NOT PIN AND WELDED* subject to NFA rules and restrictions
