I found this user's listing to sell an EOTECH Vudu 1-10 SR5. The item's description said the scope had the SR-5 MRAD reticle. There were two pictures of the reticle, but they were blurry and on the low end of the magnification range, so I trusted the description and the comment the user made in response to another user's question. The scope I received does not have the SR-5 (Christmas tree) reticle, nor is it an MRAD reticle at all. It is the SR-4 (cross) MOA reticle which is not what I purchased. I asked the user to send my money back to me plus shipping, after which I would ship it back to him. I figured him paying for shipping would make this right, but he refused. He then claimed he purchased the scope from PSA and it was labeled as the SR-5 when he bought it (the packaging was not included, so I can't verify that). He then proceeded to insinuate I got a good deal on the scope by saying "and if we're being straight up, you got a $2000 scope for 1000 bucks, I posted pics of the reticle in listing too". He is now ignoring my follow-up texts and has deleted the listing. This is unacceptable. Buyer beware.
