Surplus USMC TAPs chest rig. I’ve replaced the y harness with an H-Harness. Can hold 8 mags and a radio or 10 mags w/o a radio. Three spacious admin pouches on the inside. Comes with the original harness, original issue repair kit, and a mounting kit to attach it to a PC.
