He IMMEDIATELY accepted a SIGNIFICANTLY lower offer. Replies were INSTANTANEOUS and he was anxious to proceed. When presented with a photo challenge or any sort of security measures like PP G&S, he immediately disappeared. Archived his ad, and stopped responding to emails.
