agiesarFor sale is a four piece tungsten weight kit designed to fit into the Icarus AIR polymer macro P365 grip module. This is only designed to work with the Icarus AIR Polymer P365 Macro grip module. This weight kit weighs 55 grams (1.94 oz) and offers decreased muzzle flip, reduced felt recoil, reduced wear resistance and improved balance of the overall gun. Icarus also came out with a steel weight kit but theirs only weighs 1.1 oz and will require silicone/ epoxy to secure in place. The Icarus AIR polymer grip module may require some minor fitting in order to slide the weights into the channel located inside the magazine well and below the FCU. Some grip modules will accommodate the weights without any fitting and some may require some fitting. The channel in the grip module may also be smaller towards the bottom, so the weights may get tighter the deeper they are inserted but typically customers report these sliding in without any issues. I would recommend being prepared for 10-40 minutes of fitting to get this in all the way (if required). Installation Instructions and suggested tools: A thin file, medium - large punch and hammer/ mallet are required tools to complete the job. The 3 thinner weights (rectangular in shape) go into the slot first and the thicker weight (square in shape) goes in last to retain the rest of the weights. The thicker square weight will likely require the most amount of material removed from the grip module to be installed (if required) but should be fitted tightly so it retains all 4 weights into the channel. You can first try to force the last weight into the slot to see where the material needs to be removed using the punch and hammer. Remove this material with a thin file and optionally with an exacto knife. Test fit the last weight as you remove a small amount of material during process. Once you have the proper amount of material removed from this area of the slot, there will be a very tight fit and all of the weights should be properly retained. Silicone / epoxy / super glue is an additional method to secure these weights into the grip module but should not be needed when installed properly. A small amount above the last weight is all that should be needed. When installed properly, the weights should not rattle. Feel free to reach out with any questions or installation issues.
