1 of 3xx SOCOM contracted RIS II FSP rails. These were a contract request from SOCOM during the Block II days. They were never issued as the non-FSP were the ones selected. A few of these have popped over the years and do command a premium price. One has sold here in the past, pricing is based on a few that have sold in the last 2-3 years.
