oh4shoUp for sale is a used but in great condition high spec PVS-14 with an Elbit PH tube from Steele Industries, manufactured ~2022. Carson housing, Fuji? objectives, and Qioptic oculars. Almost spotless on a white wall, minor peppering here or there. Excellent tube that has worked well for me but I need to downsize the collection to get a new family vehicle. Specs are 2675 FOM, 35.2 SNR, 76 res, 1.96 EBI, 0.74 halo, 67694 gain. Still has an active Steele Industries warranty on it and comes with the original spec sheet.
