Bad comms, super flakey, don't expect him to close the deal

Tried to work a deal, the Paypal address he gives me results in "Your recipient can't accept payments right now" and doesn't match the name.

Super flaky and horrible comms. Tells me he wants *two* different listings, drags it out and then eventually cancels on both.
